My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted them on a Saturday when offices was closed, left a message. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call from Ash from Customer Service, and he had already resolved the matter, even including 2 free vape juices. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. The most amazing customer service, Ash was very polite and very helpful

Wrong item sent out initially, quickly rectified by Jackson in customer services. Can't fault the services from e-liquids.com at all they are my go-to for coils, devices and e-liquids. I've previously had a call/text from them thanking me for my order paired with a discount voucher.
