Holding my Payment for no reason Holding my Payment for no reason. I have traded in E8 Markets Prop Firm. Their payment Gateway RiseWorks, E8 transferred to RiseWorks and washed off their hands. Now RiseWorks unable to trace my funds.. High chances they are using our funds and may be in financial Distress. RiseWorks said they transferred but no payment evidence so far despite many reminders. I don’t know where to go and how to deal with it.. Be careful with RiseWorks & E8 Markets UPDATE RECEIVED THE FUNDS. THANK YOU..

Trading Rules change w Payout

You can pass your challenge, and they will immedietely change the rules. They will tell you that you can not use your leverage any longer. You can only risk 1% per trade idea. If you go over this they will deduct all of your profits when its time to get paid out. Reading through their fine print, nothing is stated about this "new rule sent via email after passing. Beware.

Banned for being on CouponBirds

Banned me from their affiliate program and kept my referred clients and earnings because my “coupon is listed on CouponBirds”. As if I have control over what codes CouponBirds scrapes! A very weak argument not to pay indeed. Absolutely stay away from recommending them.

E8 Markets looks like they are trying to do good things lately, but their giveaway game on X is totally broken. They run these promos just to farm followers, months pass, and they never actually announce the winners. We've been keeping receipts: Andrew hasn't announced the winners for his tweets from the 15th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, and 29th. E8 Crypto still hasn't picked a winner for the tweet posted back on April 30th. Ceo Dylan promised to give away an account every single day throughout June, but only actually delivered for 1 or 2 days. Stop misleading your community and playing with people's emotions! Give people what you promised!

The platform malfunctioned and caused…

The platform malfunctioned and caused me a blown account and all I got was an AI response saying their systems were functioning normally. I was trading with friends online and was in MNQ with a quantity of 2. Nothing oversized or risky. I had been opening and closing trades just fine, just on a small scale. Then, we got the move we were waiting for and I was up $500+ and tried to close my trade, only it wouldn't let me. I tried closing it multiple times and nothing happened. Then the trade went -$300 and I was complaining to my friends about it. I tried logging out of the system and back in twice and still - it wouldn't allow me to close the trade. Eventually, the 2 MNQ went far enough to breach my acct. I tried opening a support ticket and got an AI response saying that their systems were functioning fine. I had the opportunity to reply and reach an agent, which I tried, but for zero response. They were quick to offer me a 2nd try at the evaluation for a few. Why would I do that though? I never should have had a blown account in the first place.
