My E8 Markets Experience: $94,200 in Denied Payout Requests.

E8 Markets is the worst prop firm I have ever dealt with. I requested two payouts: $40,000 and $54,200. Till today, they have not paid me. A prop firm can create ten different account models, change its rules, redesign its website, run promotions, and flood social media with marketing. None of that matters if it cannot pay a trader who has legitimately earned a payout. The only reason traders buy prop-firm challenges is to get funded, trade, make profits, and receive their money. Once a firm fails at the payout stage, everything else becomes useless. My experience with E8 Markets has destroyed every level of trust I had in the company. They accepted my challenge fees without hesitation. But when it was time to release my payouts, suddenly there were problems, delays, excuses, and denials. That is unacceptable. A serious prop firm should not make traders fight, beg, complain publicly, or chase support for money they have already earned. I requested $94,200 in total, and I am still waiting. Until E8 Markets pays the full amount owed to me, I will continue to warn traders about my experience. Before you buy any E8 Markets challenge, ask yourself one simple question: What is the value of passing a challenge, following the rules, and making profits if the company can still deny your payout? Do not be distracted by account names, discounts, promotions, affiliate marketers, or polished advertisements. Payouts are the real test. Based on my experience, E8 Markets failed that test completely. Trade with them at your own risk.

I received a $4,500 on a 100k E8 one account. Then I made a mistake trading gold and breached the drawdown rule. I'm using an EA. I don't trade manually. The main point is that they really pay. They paid every dime. The full $4,500. I'm simply going to get another account right now, and not trade gold. It was my mistake, with gold you must know how to set the lot size. If you set it the same as regular forex pairs, it will be 10 times larger than you think. I paid $317 for the account, got back $4,500.. Didn't place a single trade myself. Not bad. They are highly recommended. Anyone on here complaining simply broke the rules, and that's it. I felt great to see that payment, knowing they are honest. I withdrew $5k, with a 90% profit split. Got $4,500!

Account deactivated without notice, but still left tradable

E8 Markets deactivated my funded account on the backend without sending me any email, warning, or notification. Their explanation was that I violated the seven-day inactivity rule. However, this happened during a holiday week that included the June 19 bank holiday. I do not believe responsible traders should be expected to force trades during holidays simply to prevent an account from being closed. Avoiding low-quality holiday trading is professional risk management. Even worse, although E8 had apparently deactivated the account internally, it remained fully accessible and tradable through Tradovate. Because I received no notification and the account continued working normally, I traded it for approximately two more months under the assumption that it was still a valid funded account. I wasted two months trading an account that E8 had already marked as breached without telling me. When I contacted support, nobody appeared interested in taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution. I understand that companies have rules, and if a trader genuinely violates a clearly communicated inactivity rule, that is one issue. Silently deactivating an account while leaving it active on the trading platform is an entirely different problem. A professional firm should immediately notify the trader, disable the account everywhere, and take responsibility when its systems create this kind of situation. E8 did none of those things and offered no compensation for the time and effort I lost. I have accounts with several prop firms, and E8 Markets has been the worst experience by far. I will never use them again. There are better and more professional alternatives available. Anyone using E8 should monitor their account status carefully and withdraw eligible funds as soon as possible. Based on my experience, you cannot assume that a tradable account is actually still active in their backend.

E8 Markets very good prop firm company

E8 Markets very good prop firm company. The only thing I don’t like. Every 4:00 pm time zone. It doesn’t matter if you on a trade stacking up profit. Your trade will end by 4:08 pm or 4:12 pm. I’m on eastern time zone. But other than that a very great prop firm company. Trust them a lot with my money. Everyone jump on E8 Markets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏿

Do not lose your money to this prop firm that exploits and rips off its customers.

I bought accounts from this prop firm 6 times. Each time, I noticed that my account was suddenly stopped out while it was in positive territory. When I analyzed my last account, I realized that it was stopped out the moment my trade reversed from positive territory, and that this firm was suddenly increasing the spreads excessively, halting the trades I opened. I condemn this firm for these unethical interventions. And please, do not be fooled by their attractive offers and discounts. Do not lose your money to this prop firm that exploits and rips off its customers.

Both AI and Human Agent (Mart) are supper helpful professional and efficient on handling a bit complex questions asked (other than other previous prop firms before). Recommended in this regard. After I get to the payment stage and receive payment - happy to leave more later.

A very clever use of word play with…

A very clever use of word play with their account type E8-Pro and its payout policy They say you can only withdraw 50% of the Profits and it goes on indefinitely.... what kind of rule is this, you can never withdraw 50% you make it it goes on increasing with the account size as buffer Buffer remains in the account and is permanently unwithdrawable....I have even confirmed this with the support and they say its indefinite, you can't withdraw Classic example : Lets say I have an account of 50K and I make 5k Profit on it then I can withdraw 2.5k and the rest 2.5k remains as buffer....Fair enough Now the twist comes, if I make another 5k in profit....I can only withdraw 2.5k and the buffer keeps growing indefinitely, you can't withdraw It doesn't matter if I make 10k on the next trade, 50% retained profit which is 5k remains in the account and 50% is the withdrawal amount its 50% of the new profits you made so only 5k withdrawable

My biggest payout ever – thank you E8

I’ve been trading with E8 and just received the biggest payout of my life this month. I’m currently ranked #1 on their weekly and monthly payout leaderboard, which even flashed on their website! What I love most: the website interface is clean and easy to use, and there are no unnecessary or hidden rules. Getting funded is a smooth process. Everything is transparent — when you take a payout, you can clearly see your remaining drawdown in actual numbers, not just percentages. Nothing is hidden. As a trader, that transparency means everything. Many people worry about the interview at withdrawal time, but honestly, it’s there to check your knowledge, not to scare you. I actually learned a lot from it. My only small disappointment is that they don’t offer MetaTrader 5, especially for US traders. Otherwise, I had zero issues, and I believe most traders won’t either. This payout helped me fulfill my family’s dreams. Years of experience finally paid off. Thank you, E8

DO NOT FALL FOR BUYING "EXTRA" DD

DO NOT FALL FOR BUYING "EXTRA" DD! I fell for this thinking all that extra DD would give me plenty of room for my trades to reverse from DD. Well I had a possible massive 9% daily DD allowed on a $10K account, sounded good and I paid an extra $50 for it. It turns out when I get to $250 negative in DD I am now maxed out on margin and they close all positions taking $250 in losses. Well of course you can now open more positions if you wanted but you are now down $250 and playing catch up just hoping to get back to BE for the day instead of making some massive profit for the day :-(

Contradictory support and baffling account deletion policies

I reached out to E8 Markets with a simple request to delete my user profile. For context, I have a profile in perfect standing—I have never purchased a challenge, breached any rules, or had any issues with them. When I requested the deletion via email, the support team gave me completely contradictory information. First, they stated: "If you would like us to remove your personal data or email address from our database, we can certainly process that request. Please note that doing so would remove your current user profile, allowing you to create a new account with E8 Markets in the future if you choose to do so." When I emailed back to confirm this meant I could indeed register again down the road, a different response completely flipped the script: "Please note that if your current account is permanently removed from our database, you will no longer be able to create or register a new E8 Markets account in the future." When a company handles financial products and personal identity data, consistency and clarity are paramount. Seeing a support team contradict themselves on basic account and data retention policies is a major red flag. If they cannot provide a straight answer on how a simple account closure is handled, it makes me highly skeptical of how they handle complex issues or payouts if you move forward with purchasing their products. Because of this poor communication and lack of transparency, I cannot recommend them as a trustworthy platform.
