I did sign up for your program
I did sign up for your program, after consideration I decided to go a different direction, so I cancelled within the cancellation period for a full refund, you hadn't even took the first pull from my account yet. I found out a day later that the pull had been made and requested Keonna to refund the amt. It hasn't happened yet going over a week since the request. So I want to let everyone know that this place is a predatory program. You basically stole my money, A place of help is bullshit you guys are a fraud.

You enrolled in a 8 month program with us, and the best settlement offers occur at the tail-end of programs, not at the middle or the beginning. During your tenure with us, we were saving you almost 65% of your payments, which was injecting immediate cash flow back into your business. At the 5-month mark, things seemed to have gotten shaky and you took out a reverse consolidation, significantly increasing your debt & requested to cancel with us. We do highly encourage clients to stay the full term, ride it out, and your business will get more than expected. Jumping ship less than mid-way is not advantageous for anyone. We would love to chat with you about this, maybe have you reconsider completing the program, with some special incentives! Please email [email protected] & we assure it will be responded to promptly.
