The postal service lost my parcel. Eastmallbuy refunded the value of the items inside, which is around 35 USD, and this amount can be used as store credit. However, they did not reimburse the shipping cost, which was about 80 USD. This is quite unreasonable!
I have used every agent and the one I trust the most is Eastmallbuy.First of all they are the only ones that accept PayPal,they are fast(10-15 days delivery),they have great customer support(online everyday) and they process orders fast ash.Top choice for me!Ive tried other agents before and I must say they are expensive af,take weeks if not MONTHS to ship, and have hidden fees!I had to call my bank because another agent I used before tried to overcharge me by taking money from my balance 2 times!Thank God Eastmallbuy is safe and always helpful and plus they dont try to make profit off you like these other money hungry agents!I'll be shipping my 4th haul soon and once again thank you EMB for being the best <3 love
VERY GOOD LIKE CHOLE HOZUMI AND NULL THEY HELP VERY MUCHHH
There is a problem when you come to withdraw your money via PayPal, it does not work well, but rather they return a small amount to your bank account.
