Thanks for the review, I believe you also purchased the Iron Palm Liniment, that was also a wise choice as the Iron Palm liniment enhances your Iron Palm training 1000 percent. As you know from the instructions with your Iron Palm Liniment, always apply the liniment prior to training and then right afterwards, this will speed up the conditioning process for harder training in the future. Also the liniment can be applied to the shins and forearms for the same results.

I received my Dit Dat Jow liniment kit around 6 weeks ago, prepared it and have been using it daily for the past 2 weeks and the bruises I get from working in the plumbing trade heal up fast, plus it seems like I do not bruise as easily anymore.
