Quick and empathetic!!!
I received an email asking for a review of the purchase I had made from easy clothes. It also said if I had not received the dress to let them know, and in fact, I had not received the dress. It was an immediate response, even though it was after business hours. The person responding was extremely kind and empathetic and promised to investigate right away. True to their word I heard back from them within a very short while with the news that it had been sent out to an address to which it could not be delivered. The customer service person assured me as soon as it was returned to the company it would go back out to my address. This is all accomplished in about an hour and I could not be more impressed with their customer service. Very kind caring and quick. Would recommend any time and certainly is a five star experience.

Would never purchase from this website again everything is one size so nothing fits. Why people think one size is gonna fit anyone is beyond me. Also ordered an item that was not listed final sale whatsoever only to find out that as soon as I received the package may be a week or two from ordering it the item was now marked on site as final sale so I wasn’t able to return it. Highly highly highly suggest finding a different website. Clothing isn’t even that cute. Doesn’t look much like pictures and everything is grossly oversized.

I accidentally placed two orders back to back, instead of one joint order, so I was disqualified from free shipping.
I emailed and they responded to me almost immediately, even in the evening. And they refunded me my shipping !
