EB3 Services are doing a great job overall, and I appreciate the support they have provided throughout the process. My only concern is communication. I would appreciate it if management could respond to emails in a timely manner whenever we reach out with questions or concerns. The reason is that not all of us are able to attend the monthly virtual update calls due to work schedules or other commitments. Responding to emails would help keep everyone informed and ensure that no one is left behind.
