Even thou the prices here are a little more expensive compared with other shopping platform BUT I am very well touched by their customer service. Prompt reply and updates via emails and Whatsapp. I received all the items in good order as scheduled on my son birthday (except for the batteries-separate shipment due to customs). Thank you ebuy7.com
A good experience. I was a little worried because I hadn't heard about this shopping platform before, but the costumer service was nice, the shipment fast and the the deliver of my package took around 9 days. Definitely I'll buy there again.
Very nice customer service. The parcel arrived in the specified time window (swiss customs took a little longer) Goods as described and well packed. Will order again. Many thanks!
I bought thermal paste from there and recieved it about 1 weeks, site is legit and trusted.
I did even not order from the site, but I am giving it a 1 star anyway for how sketch it is. DO NOT RUIN YOUR 2022+ AND ORDER FROM THIS SITE. If you don't believe me, just look past the deluge of fake 5-star posts (that were totally not Google translated and obviously written by real users) and gaze upon the shipping tab in the reviews. They hold your payment hostage while demanding over twice the money of your order for "shipment". If this company were on the NYSE, I would buy puts on margin. Honestly makes Wish look like a quality business.
Very satisfied with the service, exactly the product I ordered and arrived safely to the UK.
I was a bit anxious because i had read some negative reviews and scam warnings. When a surplus weight charge arrived and delayed the shipping I emailed support and got an immediate response reassuring me that everything was ok. Once the item was shipped (i chose FedEx), the tracking was impeccable every step of the way. It arrived on the projected date, within 2 weeks, even though they included Christmas and New Year bank holidays. Perfectly packed and easily assembled. Very happy.
I have had a pleasant experience every single time I have shopped with ebuy7. The customer service is great and responsive. They always work to fix the issue you're having.

They contacted me to check the machinery model I had, to make sure they were sending the correct item. to top it off, they sent an extra one of the two items I had purchased. The item was sent within a day, so delays were not caused by this vendor. Excellent service, very courteous!
Great and prompt communication. I have emailed them a couple of times to verify the order and every time they responded promptly. They sent photos of the products to make sure I’m satisfied with the condition before shipping. Shipping is very fast. I’m very happy with the products which arrived this morning.
I couldn't be happier about the product quality, the price and the shipment time! I highly recommend ebuy7.com to anyone! Keep up the great work!
They messaged me saying I had to pay a shipping fee which was very expensive. I asked them to cancel my order I have not received my refund it’s been a month. They are also ignoring my messages. They communicated with me via WhatsApp and did not bother to reply back. Fraudulent and disgusting
