Good luck if your Scooter breaks down. The Service function so bragged about is nonexistent. No authorized Repair shops in the US. They reply about every 3 days and slow walk you self testing until you get tired and quit, Even when you are well within the Warranty period. I don’t walk so there I sat (literally).
. So I hope if your Scooter just stops (I had 3 fully charged batteries) that you have better luck than I.
Speaking of batteries, i thought my model was Airline Approved. Turns out only the cheepy model has that battery.

Ecomobi MS02 Mobility Scooter read this reveiw, important.
After months of deliberation I finally decided to get the Ecomobi MS02 Mobility Scooter, soursed from Amazon UK, on receiving the scooter all went well and I ventured out, going further each day, then I noticed a clicking noise which got progressively worse to the state of a loud crunching clicking noise, I got intouch with Ecomobi MS02 Mobility Scooter dealership, long story short, they offered me a full refund, also advice on the possible cause, being a retired mechanic I stripped the back wheels only to find two flimsey rubber seals that frankly served no purpose, they had both caught up snagging the cir-clip retaing clip on the axel, I replaced them with fibre washers (more robust) and fixed the issue, informing Ecomobi MS02 Mobility Scooter people they promtly refunded me compensation for my service, well done you people, made a old man happy.
I received my mobility scooter and it had a problem which happens from time to time. I was not getting much help from Customer Service but when Customer Care reached out to me the issue was resolved quickly. The scooter is a well built scooter . I would have not given such a high rating if Customer Care had not gotten involved to resolve the issue. Stephen Stienecker
