The decks are durable as well as their batteries. The only thing that's worrisome is the motors and ESCs may need changing within months of use. It's honestly a really high quality product but the shipping was worrisome. They advertise that it ships within a week but it took almost a month for me to get mine. That's not bad if I understood it would take that long but it had me worried for a moment. I'm very happy now that I have it though.

I recently purchased an ecomobl et. Owned it for 3 days and put on 30kms on standard gravel walking trails. The board must have came with a bad bearing which caused gear failure. $1200 canadian for the board, company ignored my correspondence for over a week then didn't read my email or view the video I sent. Asking for a video and an explanation of the issue that was detailed several times. This company gives you a 300 day warranty and honors none of it, don't take my word there is plenty of others in the same boat. Please spend your money else where and save yourself from dealing with these scammers. The board was alot of fun but for $1200 and 3 hours of use, renting a Ferrari for 3 hours would be cheaper.

I got the board super fast it was great took it out to ride and in 4 miles a motor went out. Email service team and they responded in a couple hours. They have sent a replacement parts but haven't received it yet only reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the dead motor

Have bought a board 3 month ago with a stuck gear.
Cystomer support replies 1 or 2 times a week and comes up with silly solutions to how I can fix a malfunction they are responsible for.
Plus delivery went 2 weeks over time.
