Thankyou Luna from Ecomposer. I had to move platforms and chose to use the Ecomposer app when creating my main page as Shopify themes are too rigid design wise and lack the extra elements one might need. Ecomposer has a lot of elements I had to leave behind on my other platform, useful for sales and such, and Ecomposer's support is above board old school customer support. I had Luna today. She was incredibly helpful. And kindly made videos for me to understand more easily so I could get set up. I really appreciate the support reps at Ecomposer. They are top shelf and really care that you can find your way around. Even if you are not tech oriented like myself.
Service is great, losing a star because more features seem to be going behind more paywalls.
The Service from ecomposer has been great, theyre losing a star because i feel like im seeing more and more content being labeled as vip. As more feature go behind more paywalls ill have to find an alternative. Its sad because ive like ecomposer. Olivia and all the other help there is a 5 star.

I was stucked in configuration and variant images as per the product in ecompser but thanks to ecomposer olivia CS rep she helped me out in less then 10 minutes. I will definitely gonna recommend everyone to use this app as it has easy to use and if by chance got stuck CS Support will help you instantly.

If you have a Shopify website you need to be using EComposer for more design options for sure! All customer service people are great but Luna is the best!
