This is an Indian tech support scammer! I found this number on a fake popup on the internet, claiming my PC is infected with viruses and their agents need to guide me through the removal process. Turns out it's all fake and SCAM!

Having contacted Microsoft Australia in SA, I found the operative very helpful and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to direct me to a technical person who was also extremely knowledgeable and who managed to provide me with exactly what I needed, even though my computer was of an age.
