Training explanation and examples used…
Training explanation and examples used are very applicable to our daily situation which makes it easy to comprehend. The breakout session for us to apply the exercises is a good training to ensure we are very well aware of the time that is ticking away. Good training to ensure we bring up the important and urgent matters to discuss at the correct sessions. I find that this allows me to realize how time should be spent in the real agile situations. First day was really very heavy. One has to be ready for it.
Wonderful experiences with CI Agile!
It was the right decision when I took Scrum@Scale course with Ethan and CI Agile. I learned lots of real life experiences and challenges to scale Agile in an organisation! Ethan also shared with us his experiences and some tips to get buy in from Senior management. The time spent was definitely worth it - strongly recommended!

The class is excellent and very informative. It's very compact and full of knowledge and sharing in the session. I had a very good experience learning about the true scrum. As it is very compact, I felt it could be better if the training was longer so the participant wont feel overwhelm by it.
