Tried a pilates app trial advertised as £15 .. I explicitly avoided signing up for sunscription or add ons to see what the app was like - it wasn't good value, so a I didn't use it again. Was subsequently charger £79.11 for a months sub I did not agree too, and they are refusing to refund it despite being asked on the day it was taken without my knowledge or prior warning of payment being taken. Avoid.

I was excited to try the app so I signed up but once I said yes and chose my payment method, I was inundated with what felt like a never-ending series of ads trying to upsell me on all sorts of add-ons, forcing me to endure and click thru every single one just to finish paying for the only thing I actually wanted to try. Very disappointing experience. Makes me question whether I should have signed up for this at all. I truly hope this doesn't turn out to be yet another gimmick. Time will tell but, based on the checkout process, I've already marked my calendar to remind me to cancel before the next automatic payment kicks in.

I cannot remember what your type of selling is called but I suppose it’s similar to the Puppy Dog sale-ie no matter what incentives’your give us clients,you attempt to encourage us to add on shed loads of your other products at checkout which in my case,is unaffordable besides-I’m dyslexic.

I feel I’m falling into a program I can’t win. I am intimidated by the buy this, but this, buy this. This is not making me comfortable with this program. It should be an all in one program with the helpful books and other information included.
For one price then you can make a decision basted on the whole program and cost as a whole. I will only be doing the 4week program with no add on programs, unless you prove to me that it’s working and worth the prices stated. Sincerely Cheryl Balicki.
