The gift card I got never got to the person I sent it too. It’s been over 24 hours. I tried reaching out and no responses to either resend it or refund. And PayPal couldn’t help

Know that there is a fee on top of the initial amount
It seemed that the fee I paid was too high. I probably won't be using this again. In this instance a friend was doing a birthday gift for a colleague and I wanted to donate I thought I was donating 25 dollars - instead I was charged a fee - not sure how much it was but maybe if I had known I would have given my friend cashola.

I love this service
I love this service. I am the designated baby shower planner for my workplace and I use egifter every time. It makes the giving process so easy! I am appreciative of it. As far as helpful feedback, this is the first time I have been made aware of a problem. Two individuals attempting to contribute noted that they received a spinning screen when attempting to make their contribution. My apologies that I don't have specifics but both noted that they had to come back and try the site again at a later time. Despite that minor issue, I still HIGHLY recommend this service.
