Only 3 star as I ordered in euro which I had in my Wise visa but was charged in US$ which meant the gift had less value and taken from NZ account. Very annoying.

Relatively straightforward app…

Relatively straightforward app instructions. A little confusing, but figured them out. Took about fifteen minutes-minutes to complete gift card.

Easily available in a pinch

With all of these current changes in form of payments and eco systems created for the tap and pay made it an inconvenient situation for myself and my daughter. I had to get creative on how to send her funds and eGifter made that possible by allowing me to send the gift card within her payment ecosystem (apple) which sucks ahss, btw.. Thank you egifter for coming through!! Awesome, fast, reliable and easy to pick, pay and send! 🙏 thank you Throw me a bone for this positive review 😆

Website requires too much user information then forces you to sign up before you can donate. Should have a quick way to donate without signing up or providing so many details.

The intent is great - Give someone money towards a GC that they want with a personal message. The process is terrible. The video took forever to load and then it was not centered on the screen. The numerous verification steps were a pain to deal with and the page kept repopulating. It took too long to buy a simple GC. I would not recommend this to a friend.

FRUSTRATING & TOO MUCH HASSLE

Most frustrating attempt to do a good deed for my niece. Their Customer support sucks! Bank records show double charged, then credited once, so they still have my $ and no gift card sent. All because they claimed my email was apparently different than PayPal shows. News Flash, I use two different emails (business & personal) & NEVER have experienced this kind of issue using my PayPal account! So I paid with my debit card instead. Bank shows that went thru, but no gift card sent. WHY NOT, that was ok'd by my bank? Customer Support took hours to respond with no explanation as to why I was double charged & instructed me to "monitor my bank account as charges are "pending", although bank shows "posted". NEVER AGAIN with eGifter. Your screwed up processing caused wayyyy too much work & totally ruined my gift intentions! UPDATE: refund finally went thru but it took nearly a week. So their screw-up held up $100 of my money for 6 days! They could have just sent the gift card (it was paid for) and none of this would have occurred! This whole experience certainly was NOT "convenient", as advertised!!!
