Search for orders does not work and Scheduling to deliver an eGift at a later time also does not work
1. I ordered an eGift to be delivered at a later time. But the email wasn't delivered to the recipient at the scheduled time. When I went to the site to follow up on my orders within a day, I didn't see any of my recent orders. Not by my name, not by the recipient name, nor by the date, nothing. It was frustrating to not be able to see what happened to my order.
