Michelle, thanks for your feedback, but not to worry! You can type in $7.00 on any of the cards--you are not limited to the preset buttons, those are just there for convenience. The organization who sent you the gift card chose the $7.00 amount for Nurse's Week. We hope you'll give it another try as you can certainly use the entire amount.

We use this portal on a regular basis. The platform itself works great. I just don't like receiving one of these surveys EVERY SINGLE TIME we use it.

The app had to many clicks not user…
The app had to many clicks not user friendly. After I figured out how to use the app it wouldn't allow me to select Amazon gift card due to how my company had me configured as being in Denmark; however, I have always worked in the US and have never left the US. This caused delay in obtaining GC. After situation was escalated to your IT I was able to obtain the Amazon GC.

Stacy, glad we were able to work through it. As we said, please let your IT team know your IP address resolves as Denmark. Unfortunately that is not something we can control!
NOT A SCAM.
In this current times scams are prevalent and pretty much common. The greatest opbstical one might have is gaining the consumers trust. Easy navigation predicated towards elderly with less tech savvy skills is very important. Your have accomplished this task and have passed . I highly recommend this service . If I can navigate, anyone can. Its really works and retrieved my reward.
