What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers love how easy it is to automatically turn long gaming streams into short, shareable clips, saving countless hours of manual editing work. People also appreciate the convenient voice commands and the useful ability to schedule posts seamlessly across various platforms. Some reviewers were not happy with the auto-editor, mentioning that the automatically generated moments can sometimes feel random, poorly chosen, or entirely unusable for their needs. A few other people also felt that technical bugs hindered their experience, pointing out frustrating difficulties when attempting to export videos or properly connect their social media accounts.

What people say

If I could I'd give it a 0 star review.

If I could I'd give it a 0 star review. Because it won't move past 16% loading I cannot do anything with the app. You got the ability to schedule post from here, fun. But I can't test or use it since it won't go past the 16% processing. How do you expect that I pay for this service if it's been 4 days and it's still at 16%. Do me a favor return my money or I'll dispute this charge. From the advertising i was under the impression that by paying it would make it faster it did not!

takes a bit to get used of, but got it working

I've been seeing the ads for this & it was something I was looking for to make me some TikTok clips and Youtube Shorts. took me a bit to understand the way to get the clips made, after a ton of trial & error. like i wanted a specific clip to be made to a tiktok but I couldnt edit and send from the actual clips they made for me, I had to save the clip then I was finally able to create the clip to get ready for it to post! just takes a bit of getting used of, amazing tool for cutting off the hours of editing on Divinci or Premier

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, i purchased there premium thinking I will be able to clip videos from large streamers but in the end I could only clip my own (i dont stream. I then kindly contacted support asking for a refund 20 minutes after purchasing explaining I cant use it and I wanted to clip other peoples streams and they tell me I they dont do refunds and i should have read the fine print in their terms and conditions, complete joke. I then told them that this is very unprofessional and the support team deleted my discord messages and banned me for 7 days. Stay far away and don’t support this scam company.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Dont waste the $19.99. The clips are horrible and irrelevant and processing takes hours. Will never use this service again. Wont even use it again even though I have the entire month to use it after being denied a refund because they don’t give refunds. You know the service is trash when they have a no refund policy.

I've tried them all

I've tried them all. Eklipse's algorithm has hit the mark consistently, that its competitors cannot replicate. I've also only been using the free side of Eklipse.gg so that here speaks volumes for my scoring. Only reason it is not a 5 star is because I have not yet experienced its full subscription services.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Eklipse Premium Service

Review: I subscribed to Eklipse Premium, hoping it would streamline my content creation process, but it has been a significant letdown: Automated Highlights: The AI consistently fails to capture engaging moments in my gameplay, forcing me to spend hours manually reviewing and editing VODs—defeating the purpose of an automated tool. Customer Support: Responses from the support team were generic, unhelpful, and slow. Multiple follow-ups were required just to get a basic response, which still did not address my concerns. Refund Policy: Despite requesting a refund for unused services, Eklipse refused, citing a no-refund policy, even for customers who find the product unsuitable. This isn’t just my experience—I’ve seen numerous complaints from other users across Discord and forums, confirming that these issues are widespread. Eklipse’s lack of support and inability to deliver on its promises pose a significant risk to other potential customers. For content creators, time and efficiency are critical, and a tool like this should simplify workflows—not complicate them. If these issues remain unaddressed, more creators will face unnecessary frustrations, particularly those balancing content creation with full-time obligations. I cannot recommend Eklipse to anyone seeking a reliable, premium-quality editing platform.

Paid reviews, no refunds and false advertising

Eklipse claims its software can automate content creation and create stunning visuals but I tried it for a few days and was disappointed in its results. All the clips were either too long, out of sync or missing text automation and so required manual editing. I found I was investing as much time, or even more editing clips for TikTok/YouTube and had less control over the contents. Some things I added/removed via the platform kept reappearing and often resulted in another thing breaking. I reached out to the support team for a refund but they refused and said it’s against their terms of service, which I found ludicrous! This was against my country’s consumer rights and hence I was able to file a credit card dispute and claim the money back. How can a service not offer a free trial or comply with the Consumer Rights Act? I tried for days to contact a staff member via their Discord, but found it to be plagued with bots and scammers who kept adding and messaging me. However, following the refund Eklipse (themselves) reached out to me to apologise and enquire what had influenced my decision, hoping to receive my constructive feedback and sign me back up (but it was too late). Red flags: most reviews are paid for (hence banned on trustpilot), no listed team on website, no LinkedIn, no listed company number/address, no refunds, no free trials and they use your data for marketing purposes.
