We sincerely apologize for the bad experience you had when calling our customer care line with no assistance, that’s definitely not the service standard we aim to provide. We also fully understand your trouble with the third-row seatbelt buckles sinking down and being hard to reach after installing the covers. To fix this issue, you can slightly pull the fabric around the buckle openings tighter and tuck the extra material firmly under the seat base to hold the buckles in place; alternatively, you can use small fabric clips to secure the surrounding cover fabric so the buckles won’t slide down again. If the above method does not work well for you, please share a few photos of the third row installation area, and we will walk you through a more targeted adjustment step-by-step via email.
