Covers are great look good. Installation more difficult than I expected

EK cover is officially the absolute worst to deal with. I received two seat covers iat the end of Feb. i waited a few weeks for Spring installation ( In Northern Ohio). Upon installation, 2 of the clips that fasten beneath the seat, were missing. The male clips are permanately sewn onto front straps and rear straps are SUPosed to have female clip to thread on, adjust and the clip under seat to forward female clip. Click! All done. Right? Nope. I think EK cover is Chinese because i cannot logically explain i have been shorted 2 clips. I havd sent pics of clips (from driver side), spoken to numerous people, they say my situation will be heightened to customer service. This is sooo easy. Look up my order. See what kind of clips were used. And send. So freaking easy! Now, since Ive been dealing w this problem for 3 months and no seat cover s installled, nowbthey say my return time is expired. Duh? Of course because Ekcover just keeps asking same questions that have nothing to do w my situation. Are the ripped? Did the come from original shipper like that, or did wharehouse loose the clips? I have no freaking idea, who, what, when or why i dont have 50c clips in packaging. Just go buy clips? Well, they have to be specific to to male clips sewn onto the forward underseat straps! Arggghhh

At first I was hesitant when I learned the cover was coming from China and not the location in California. It took about a week and a half for the seat covers to arrive and overall I was very happy with the experience. Tracking information was spot on and the build quality of the covers met my expectations. Installation isn't as easy as the videos show, but like everything else....now that I have done it once, I could reinstall in half of the time as my first try.

The customer service was excellent. Very helpful ful. The product I have had for only a month or so and the head rest covers are not stay closed with the Velcro. They constantly are coming undone. Also I was not all that happy with the font , it’s hard to show what it will actually my look like on the internet. It was a lot thinner than I thought. The seats I have no problems with. But it hasn’t been that long to really know. I do like that it came with the arm cover too. That was a surprise when I opened the package.

Higher quality than expected and easy to install. Took about 3 hrs for front and rear. Only one issue with a zipper coming off during closure. Need direction on that. Awaiting answer from customer support. Nice covers!!

Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. Materials are very high quality. The effectiveness of the heated and cooled seats is significantly impacted by these overlay covers. Seat cooling is almost non-existent. The kit I ordered was for front bucket seats only; however, the kit includes everything for either bucket seats or a split bench seat. I have quite a few pieces I received (paid for) that I will never use.

The seat covers were really Nice. The installation was a bit tough in my 2020 ram 1500 Bighorn but once installed they fit like a glove. These would be a 5 star for me except they smelled really chemically for about a month or so.

First of all, seat covers look great. Exactly how I designed them, custom lettering and everything. I’d say it’s well priced as well. Installation was labor intensive but that’s to be expected and it wasn’t nothing I couldn’t handle on my own in an hour or so. Second of all, customer service was great. When I ordered my internet was a little funky and I accidentally ordered twice, once I got ahold of customer service they sent me a genuine email, canceled the duplicate order and refunded me my money in a timely fashion. Delivery was long but again, to be expected for custom made things especially with how they’re made to fit your exact car, with custom colors and stitching.

Great quality, factory fit but only issue is driving side bottom seat cover is comes out every time
