I ordered a shirt from TikToc

I ordered a shirt from TikToc . The wrong size ,so, I returned the item using Evri return option with the correct return label supplied by Evri , received an email stating I was not entitled to a return .So TikTok and Elencoco between them have kept my payment and also had the item returned. How can this be a procedure that is legal . Several attempt to rectify this through emails but no response .

A lot better now! I had ordered from Elencoco at the beginning of the year and had only received one dress instead of two, however had been charged. My endless emails to the service of that company were never answered. Only when I wrote on Trustpilot ( the German version) I got an answer and an immediate refund for the missing dress. So I gave them a second chance and the two new dresses arrived immediately. The dresses are very nice indeed! The quality is not linen, however, with those prices it cannot be linen, it is something between cotton and polyester. The design and style and making is very good. Now I receive email after email whether everything is okay.....somethings seems to have changed with the service to the better.

I ordered 4 dresses & 5 tops. Loved the colors & flowy styles. Only after did I read the bashing reviews. According to what ppl wrote, my expectations of the clothes & company were nil. So when my package arrived & we opened everything, we were IMMENSELY SURPRISED!! Every single thing was beautiful & just as I saw it on the site. It happens to be 2 dresses & 2 tops were a bit too small on me(I ordered M), but they were perfect for my daughter. We were thrilled!! I think the quality for the price u pay is amazing. I paid 155€ for 9 items!! And they are all wearable. I find the quality better than Zara or H&M. Also, the company was very timely & communicated when things were processed and sent. This is DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM!!

I made a big order with this company and got cheated with one item. I sent out numerous email and explained what they missed and they never send me back the item missing and paid for or a return of my money

Size chart does not correspond to Sizes

The size chart is wrong!! I used the recommended size chart and I took measurements. I was very precise in choosing the right size. According to their recommendations I chose L for some dresses and M for another. L size dresses were small on the chest and the M dress was big!! ….Keep your hands off this business!!! I ordered 4 dresses. Sizes do not match the measurements. Colours and designs also not true to the picture. The pictures on the website are amazing to look at but what you get has nothing to do with that. Please spend your money elsewhere. I was naive to think I was getting a bargain.

The quality of jumper was terrible

The quality of jumper was terrible. The look of real product did not correspond with the picture. The seller refused to accept to return the money payd. The only offer was to return 15 percent of the price paid. Would never recommend to buy from this site.

You should avoid this company!!!

You should avoid this company!!! I've ordered 2 items and never got the one of them. They first claimed that it had been returned since the consignee did not collect the parcel. When I realized first item is a crap, I said that I want my money back for second one, and decided to cancel the order but they didn't accept. They asked to pay for re-delivery or they will destroy the shipment !!! So if you are not satisfied or want to cancel for any other reason, your money will never be refunded!!!!!!

Do not get involved with this clothing…

Do not get involved with this clothing company as I bought a top to test their sale and it was rubbish! The German name is a front to con you in to buy from them! I am trying to get rid of the emails and it’s impossible ! They are con merchants!

Auf der Website wird geschrieben: "The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if problems occur (e.g. problems with product quality / unsatisfactory products / wrong item / size problem / colour problem etc.)“ - Wozu (?!) benötigen die Bilder, wenn die Ware einfach ein "unsatisfactory product" ist?? Ich bin gespannt wie das ausgeht....

Horrible Quality, much too small

I ordered several blouses and one pair of shoes. Everything is way too small and the quality is extremely poor. Thin little poor blouses, the photos have nothing to do with what is being delivered. Beware! Paypal was not able to help. Ich habe einige Blusen/Oberteile bestellt. Alles ist viel zu klein und die Qualität ist armselig. Dünne, kleine armselige Blusen; die gelieferte Ware hat nichts mit der Ware auf den Fotos zu tun. Vorsicht! Auch Paypal Käuferschutz hilft nicht.

Less than 1 Star - no stars. A complete scam. My 4 dresses arrived from Cologne, DE. The sizes were too small , poor quality and I followed instructions to get a return label for my package of 3 Dresses the day after receipt. Reply came saying you must send photos of the dresses and tell us in detail what is wrong. I did and got a 2nd email asking for the same. I suggested they might be a scam if they can’t within 10 days now send me a return label. Then came the email from China offering me 15% off to keep them. Or send back to China, but don’t insure them, send them tracking details, and a list of reasons they could not guarantee anything including your refund. Calling my credit card company next.

LESS THAN 1 STAR DO NOT, I REPEAT, *DO NOT* ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM. The order arrived, didn't fit so I requested a return. They then asked for evidence that it doesn't fit (do they want a photo of me wedged into the dresses?!) and are now ignoring my emails. Any ideas how do we lodge a formal complaint against them? If you're reading this and you've already ordered, I fear, like me, you were too late. Absolute waste of £80. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH

Update 11.8.2020 - the seller contacted me. Refund 15%. It is not enough. When you will send this kind of "goods" you have to better close your store. Very pity that I can not to show you pictures of it. There is no possibility to upload pics. The seller should be from Deutschland as is website, but the goods came from CHINA. The worst thing came to me. Dress was from horrible material, not cotton as was described,, nylon or what the f*** it is. Small size - it looks like S size for Tshirt. Still waiting for answer the seller. But when I red all of these information from other customer I guess will not get any refunds... NEVER EVER! not recommended!

Terrible

Terrible. Bad quality product. Looks much nicer in the pictures. Materials are cheap polyester and badly finished. Also sizes much smaller than advertised. I ordered three items, received two of which one was not what I had ordered! Never again.
