Melanie Stevens was amazing to work with. From the moment we connected, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. So, I had an issue with the way things were being dealt with on my account. I was being sued by the final creditor which had not settled. I had made many calls and tried to get information on how this settlement was going. With court a week away the office manager reached out to me and got a settlement for this final debt and we agreed to the terms which he negotiated very nicely. Thank you for getting this done.

I clearly received the procedure as to how it goes through Rod Mercados staff, Ms Leonore. As soon as I understood it I then explain it to my wife and family and they too agreed to the program.
