Great and reliable Quality, my hair was too cute. Had a few issues with delivery (3 day delay), but it was probably due to the extreme heat and still within their expected time frame. Refrence: I live in the EU. Will order again.

I was sent hair that did not match the online picture profile. They did give me a 20% refund. That’s why they got a four star.

The money was taken out, got confirmation and even tracking only to get a cancel afterwards. So disappointed and I will never recommend this company to anyone

Wig arrived but it is very thin and nothing like the outre wigs I have viewed online that made me want to purchase one. What I expected was a full voluminous wig but this is very thin and the wig cap can be seen at certain angles.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I chose these hair extensions because they were advertised on the website as being made from human hair. However, after only three days of wear, they have become extremely tangled, difficult to manage, and the overall quality is far below what I would expect from human hair extensions. In addition to the cost of the extensions themselves, I also had to pay for the installation, making this a significant investment. Unfortunately, the result is not satisfactory, and I am already concerned about how long I will be able to keep wearing them in this condition. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. The quality does not seem to match the description provided on the website, and I hope customer service will take this feedback into consideration and offer an appropriate solution.

Honestly. The units were not the best quality. I was removed the wig from the package and was already shedding. I didn't dare try it on in fear of more shedding. The color looked brassie in person. I returned both units. Also, the fee to return the wig is on the customer. $20.00. First and last time I will order from this site.

i emailed to cancel my order continuously for a week they ignored it so i'd have to pay to return
