I am satisfied for the first few purchases. However, as time goes by, the time taken to credit the in-game currency take a long time. This is not the only site with this issue. So, unless this issue is resolved, 3 star it is from me. Tbh, I want to rate it less than 3.

Product was not delivered after payment for more than 12 hours. Contacted support but only got reply 10 hours later that it was refunded.

The top up duration took more then 3-4hours. When they advertise 24/7 instant top up. Also don't do not allow cancellation due to they delay.
Customer enquire your services is your duty to fulfil, by telling client due to ur supplier delay that cant achieve the expectation, at least list it on your website. If due to event there might be delay more then 4-5 or 8-10hours or more.
For user if you able to read this might consider some other top up platform which alot cheaper then them by 10-12%. With 500-1000 trustable review.

1) When you’ve made payment, we have also submitted the order upstream, however due to unforeseen circumstances yesterday, the order was delayed
2) Once we have submitted the order, we are unable to refund it, that’s the policy of game top ups in general, they are all non-refundable
It took so long for the diamonds to arrive. After I contacted customer service on WhatsApp the response I get was disrespectful and rude.

The processing and payment are fast and easy but when I try to pay with my card it doesn't ask for permission as this might cause serious issue because someone might misuse the buyer payment system and the price is not too high but is on the costlier side as compare to some MLBB dias recharge store.
