We have put the necessary measures in place to ensure that you have to check
Moreover, any third party top ups are non refundable as this would cause even more harm to the economics of it, imagine us having the ability to refund the transaction, this would cause distrust in the community

I believe the reason why it isn’t available has been stated when you’re about to check out. The RBI has restricted the sales of Mobile Legends diamonds to Indian users and because of that, we can’t support it at the moment.

Refunds can't be made because the goods have been delivered, it cannot be taken out of the account because we are purchasing it through an authorised distributors. The only time a game publisher deducts the crystals/diamonds is when the purchase was deemed illegal on their end

People were kind and service was excellent but it took over 3 hours for someone to respond when I bought diamonds using singtel dash for both telegram and whatsapp
Edit: It seems that Elitedias has seen my review and I would like to clarify that I have bought diamonds from this website many times before, and I may have been abit too harsh with the review because I got it my diamonds late on that day and worried, but I should not pin the blame on them (bought it in the afternoon could have been their lunch break or smtn idk). I had times when they replied not longer than a minute after I sent my recipt so take my review for a grain of salt, after all they have a actual team behind it and did not leave it to some algorithm so thats a plus. All in all, I would say the singtel dash function can be slow but I can assure you its legit.

If you've received an email asking for a review, that means that the order has been completed, this typically means that the email has been sent out, you'll have to check all your email folders as sometimes our emails fall into the "Updates" folder instead of the "Primary" folder, it may sometime be added to the "Spam" folder as well so the best way to search for the code is:
1) Click on "All emalil", if it's not there
2) Click on "Spam", you should be able to find your code in either one of the folders
