Order 18961148 Malfunction, I only ordered 625+81 x2, but suddenly when i already paid, they counted as x3 which supposed to be $22.86 and i paid $34.29. This doesnt show on the cart before i make my payment. I’m asking for a half refund even if i already received them, i did’t meant to ordered 3
my order has been 17 hours and the status is tmstill sending 14856087. i tried to request a cancel and refund multiple times but they say it cannot cancel. how is that possible? the chat customer support is so useless. i don,t recommend buyin here if u wish for an instant recharge
1. Sometimes i did not receive order for pubg uc, also i get 10-80% of an order instead of 100%. Example i ordered 720 UC but i got 120 UC instead. 2. Support/Contact Team on Whatsapp, Telegram often did not reply to my chat everytime i have problem with my orders, they are sometimes so rude also. Please be nice to your customer as we spent money to your business, and your positive attitude will make us repeating order. 3. Overall I like how fast and instant it is, just need improvement what mentioned above. Thankyou please accept my honest feedback
fast and trusted website but i much recommend you guys (elitedias) to make an App, for a more faster service. Keep on searching elitedias on google like everyday (for me) is so slow and take time. thats all
