Absolute Joke! Advert clearly states & shows 3D figurines, & what we received was some 2D low quality rubbish. Nowhere does it a state that items are coming from China & take 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. Customer service is also very poor. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Ripped off I just want future customers to be aware what this company sells is rubbish, you think you are buying a 3D statue only to get a comic cartoon character in 2D, That is nothing like the picture I attached. I complained to the company the moment I opened the package I’ve asked for a full refund and send the shit back. Or a replacement product that i assumed I was getting, I was offered $10 refund from a $98.56 purchase. The 2D paper cut out is honestly shit has no resemblance to the picture I provided and now it’s only good for the rubbish bin. I was given an option by the company to redo it that resembles the picture I attached, but the problem is it’s still not what I wanted or purchased. The advertising was for a 3-D model not a 2D piece of rubbish. So Don’t waste your money like I did and many others if you read the reviews. This company is very quick to take the money but very very reluctant to refund. So very hard to say it’s a scam because I did get something just not what I was Expecting And I also think Facebook should be held responsible because They are allowing these companies to advertise on their site. The Advertising is misleading and a rip off so be fully aware. And my last word of advice is avoid these companies like the plague because they look fantastic but honestly crap

Complete Scam! I ordered a gift from Ellret.com. They provided a tracking number. The tracker said it was in Indiana for a few weeks. Then, the tracker company said it was lost. The Ellret “customer service” uses Facebook Messenger. They kept saying they were contacting the local post office. After asking for refunds, they stopped all contact. This is a 100% scam site. Don’t trust anything there.

They advertise the product as a 3D figure, but instead is a 2D acrylic (or something similar). At least in my case the colors were good and the design was pretty similar to the picture I sent and looks nice, but is DEFINITELY not what I was expecting based on their ads.
Don’t order here, it’s a complete waste of money and they don’t deliver what you expect. I got a flat piece of acryl in stead of the nice 3d-model as shown in their adds. Total scam!👎🏻😡
