What people say

Poor Post-Sales Support

Ordered a replacement controller. Emoko delayed the order and then wanted to sell me both a controller and a new motor that I don't need. Not happy with companies like this that don't support the products they sell and don't ship what you order and pay for. I had to file a dispute and did get a refund.

Paid €1,192.42 on May 17

Paid €1,192.42 on May 17, 2026. Day 6 — item never shipped. Seller created a fake FedEx label (tracking 871959*****) but FedEx officially confirmed (ticket SFC35552650) that NO pickup was EVER requested. Seller promises delivery every day but never delivers. Currently pursuing chargeback via Revolut and complaint via ECC Germany. AVOID until resolved.

Fast Delivery, Disappointing Quality and Warranty Support

Delivery was fast and the customer support replies quickly, so I’ll give credit for that. Unfortunately, the quality and after-sales support were very disappointing. The bike motor started failing within the first 100 km. It began making strange noises and later even smelled like smoke. I contacted support multiple times, but instead of offering a real solution, they kept asking basic troubleshooting questions. I asked if I could at least get a replacement motor under warranty, but I was told there is “no stock left.” A 1-year warranty looks good on paper, but in my experience it was not actually helpful when a serious issue happened. Very disappointed overall, especially considering the bike failed so quickly.
