Very disappointed
Very disappointed. It has been 6 months since i've ordered and the company has yet to reply me or shipped my item out. Very unacceptable

Low on transparency
Low on transparency, failed to meet their promises regarding the performance of their headphones (battery life, voice control, connectivity, spotify/amazon compatibility, even the design of the white pro model), all problems are someone else's fault. Ordered in December of 2016 through kickstarter with a promised delivery date of April 2017. It's now mid-November of 2017 and the tracking number they've provided gives a status of "Shipment Information Received" since October 13th. That they are pronouncing "Mission Accomplished!" regarding the Vinci 1.5s in their Vinci 2.0 campaign while making the same kind of promises about their product's functionality is quite disappointing and does nothing to alleviate the feeling many of us who backed their first project have that we have been duped. Apparently, they have also been selling the Vinci Lite version on amazon before they delivered them to the backers that ordered them. Overall, this company seems extremely shady and lacks personal accountability for their mistakes and failures. They also disrespect their backers by providing models for sale to the general public before honoring their commitments to their backers, and moving on to the next project making all the same claims before finishing the previous one and solving all of the problems that their backers highlighted. I will not back any further endeavors by this group.
New company, who I think are trying to do the right thing.
Ok, I am editing my one star review of Vinci and changing it to three stars. I believe they do have a lot to learn about customer service, but it appears they do have a desire to do the right thing. I can't comment on the actual product, which is why I've left the review at three stars.
Fake tracking codes
Fake tracking codes, unrealistic timeline, difficult to contact. I've been very patient, having been told by their customer rep in April that there would be short delays (week or two). That's fine, I understand the nature of Kickstarters. However, they pushed the same response 3 more times and it's not almost the end of November with no response for a lot of us. (Feel free to check out their Kickstarter page. Littered with unhappy responses). VINCI ships some units and leaves most of us hanging. They then started a new Kickstarter campaign and left their previous one to hang and dry. Irresponsible and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend them at all.

0 out of 5. Dont ever back the new project as they will be using the funding for their previous campaign. Get your money from your bank and dispute the charge. Almost a year now, product was never delivered. They will give you BS excuses that the problem was the customs not releasing it. And then tell you later that it the products have quality issues that they have to retract it. Then they said they shipped it and provided a list but the delivery was not ever done. They gave tracking number via dhl but a few days later dhl confirms no product was handed to them. And finally they said they shipped all the products already but no one ever receive such. The nerve to start another funding campaign! Dont trust this company.
Feeling frustrated, with many others
I’m backer #4661 of the original Vinci headphone project. I paid $389.00 for 2 Vinci Pros in December 2016. It’s now November 2017 and I don’t have any update, no tracking numbers, my name has not appeared on any of the shipment lists, the company is difficult to contact, I have no headphones and it appears I’m not alone. Meanwhile, the company has moved on to the next project without refunding me or sending me my goods. As we say in Australia 🇦🇺 “Not Happy Jan!”
POOR CUST. SERVICE!!!
The project ended in Dec.2016, but there are still hundreds if not thousands who have yet to receive what they paid for! Everytime, I try to contact them it's the same "sorry for the delay, we are working on it" and updates of issues and delay after delay. Then when you ask for a refund you get "we cannot refund your order as it is currently with customs ready to ship". I got this message 3months ago, and yet my order still has not been shipped! I finally get a tracking number, but the product was never handed over to DHL to actually be shipped. All DHL can confirm is that the company generated shipping info, just so they have something to show to the customer instead of being honest about it!
