I had never ordered from this company before and needed to request a quote and W9 to make a purchase with a PO for a school district. The website was straightforward for these requests and the customer service representative, Amanda Gray was very kind and helpful - very quick response time, provided the requested items, and assisted with processing the order. Very satisfied with the service.

Ease of use and great prices
The online store makes it so easy to view and compare products, I love this. But what made the experience the best was the responsiveness from Amanda Gray, our Sales Account Executive. She was professional, polite, and helpful onboarding our district and checking inventory for us. Easiest purchase I've made for my school district. Here's hoping for a smooth shipping and delivery experience too.
Very happy with ordering from Encore
Very happy with ordering from Encore. I've used them across multiple schools and multiple orders over the past few months. The quotes come in fast and then the processing\delivery even faster than expected. Their sales team stays on top of their quotes and thankfully so, as one slipped through at one of my locations and was never ordered by our finance team. They reached out to check on it and helped us realize what happened. We were able to order what we needed and have it come in with plenty of time before testing. Continually impressed with their products/customer service/ and speed. Shout out to Amanda who has been my rep. She has been one of those most pleasant and quick representatives I've worked with in my career.

Your order was placed on April 27 using Amazon Pay, which can occasionally place orders on a temporary hold while payment clearance is completed. Once the payment was fully confirmed, we shipped your order right away. The package shipped yesterday, and the tracking information was sent on May 5 to the email address provided at checkout.
