This company will say and promise you anything to get you to sign and when you need their services for a repair you they will not cover the cost of your repairs. I have been paying $130m a month for the last 6 months. I now need my vehicle to be repaired and they will not cover the cost. After paying a total of $780 for 6 months all i need is just to get my money back. Everyone please be aware of them.
I feel like the Endurance people are pretty legit and the answers you get are pretty transparent. I like that a lot. I just wished itDidn’t cost so much.
Horrible company They find reasons to deny claims, they tell you want to hear to get you to sign up and then once you sign up, they have their inspector come out and find reasons to deny your claims. My claim was denied due to the size of my tire I did no modifications to my truck, no lifts or nothing or even a different size rim, but because of the size of my tire they refused to fix my AC!! This company is a complete Rip OFF and I will tell anyone not to deal with these people.
I have been with Endurance for a couple of yrs now for both of my cars and this was my 1st claim and I felt like with it being my 1st claim Endurance should of did most of the cost of the Claim according to the Warranty

If I could give zero stars I would! Don't waste your time or money they will screw you over. I bought a car the next day or endurance on it took it to the shop had it fixed and 5 months later and 3000 miles they claim pre existing like wtf? How is it or existing if I didn't know I did what you told me to do and you hold it against me like what? Really? But yes didn't waste your money put it in the back and save for your problem because they aren't and they won't.. they will blame you and name you feel like the problem... The worst. Don't make the save mistake I did. Because they aren't there to help you they are there to screw you I promise. All shittyy and Cheyenne was the freaking worst. Who only haves mangers and not supervisors? A company that sucks that's who.
I have only had this policy for one month and have not had it long enough to rate it. Have not used it on my vehicle to know how they handle the policy.
The person who sighed me up for Endurance was awesome and her people skills over the top excellent and I wish I could recall her name bit she received my top 5 star vote, ive only had Endurance for a month now and I hope this positive experience will endure into the future so thanks and hope you all have a great day!

I purchased two service contracts a couple of days ago. The salesman was nice and friendly. The only thing he didn't do was reveal that since I changed my own oil I needed receipts for the oil. I called today and asked about that and sure enough the CS Rep said, "all service must be done by an ASE mechanic." So I asked to cancel the policies. Of coarse they tried get me to keep the policies saying everything else would be covered.. However, they didn't mention lowering the price since the engines would not be covered. The engine is the most important part. I see in some reviews it costs more than $100 to fix their car. The only other problem is the tied-up phone system. It was not easy or quick to navigate. Remember that is the same system you would use to request help. I was looking forward to some repair help but it's not possible.
They gave me the best deal for my car. The most miles and longest warranty I can take it to my choice of mechanic.
I haven't had to use yet. I just like the security of knowing I've got it if and when I do need it.
