I ordered from them weeks ago. Their website says they deliver within a business week, but after an eternity of waiting for an update on delivery I contacted the company by email to ask what on earth was up. This was at least a week ago, and they haven’t responded. Their customer service is terrible, and I’m beginning to think they’re just fully a scam.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This site is a total scam! They debited my credit card 3 weeks ago. Since that time I have received nothing. No merchandise no e-mail and they won't answer the phone. Retail fraud!!
I Feel Like My Money Was Stolen
I have contacted them by email repeatedly after three orders I placed never arrived. I gave them the dates money was taken from my account. I am irate that I have received no response but suggestions to read articles that might answer my questions. This is quite unfortunate because the cellulite prevention leggings are quite good if you can determine your size. They are made really well, so I became a repeat customer. There are no live customer service representatives. Chat does not work, you are referred back to a series of articles. Businesses like this need to be closed down. If this does not result in a satisfactory solution, I will consult with my attorney.

I Ordered Some Compression Socks For Christmas On Dec. 1st. The Delivery Date Came And I Still Didn't Have My Socks. I Tried To Use Live Chat, Nobody There. I To Contact Them 2 Times, No Response. I Finally Received The Socks Near The End Of February. I Will Not Shop With Them Ever Again.

Dealing with company was great but, first two pair fit great, next 4 were too long in leg and caught behind knee and if I pulled them down some hit the ankles and balled up. My leg from heel to right below knee is 14 1/2 inchs
