This Switzerland map was so incredibly beautiful. The quality of the wood, the various layers, it was like a piece of art. And it was so easy to piece everything together, made even easier thanks to the the double-sided tape. Loved the add-ons. Before I actually ordered, I asked a question about putting it together. The answer came quick and was very helpful indeed. Good and trustworthy company!!!
Great product! Looks great and was easy to install. We're very happy with the world map and have gotten several compliments on it.
We are so happy with our map. The process of ordering and getting it delivered was so quick and efficient. Was lots of fun putting up in my husband office. Absolutely love it . Thankyou
I ordered a travel tracker for a friend as a gift. The quality of the wood and woodwork is excellent. The package was delivered in a timely manner, it only took a week to get here in Canada from Ukraine. I highly recommend ordering from them!
Turned out just as expected!! Would give 100 stars if I could!
The lighted wood world looks amazing on the wall of our church. Great product and service. There was some small damage during shipment but Enjoy The Wood took care of it.
Very nice map of spain, love everything about it.
Great map, looks beautiful. Didn’t like the surprise £62 fedex fee after delivery, however they have rectified this since and reimbursed us.
Changing my rating because I understand that customer service interactions do not always reflect a company’s intentions. Especially given the challenges of recovering from a war, which sounds truly heartbreaking. The owner personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and kindly accepted my return request. I am grateful to have felt heard and respected throughout the process. Wishing the company and its team all the best moving forward.
I contacted them because a pin from my original order was missing. Even though the pin they sent me as a replacement is not exactly the same design as the rest of my collection, I truly appreciate all their effort, kindness, and time to solve the issue at no extra cost. Their customer service is outstanding, and they really care about making their customers happy. Thank you so much to the team for your help!
The map is GORGEOUS! My husband and fell in love with the idea once we saw it at one of our friend’s house. We have this cool wall in our dining room where it looks amazing! The quality is great and it’s very well packaged with very clear instructions. Easy to organize and fast to mount! We are very very happy with it.
We have been looking at wall maps for quite some time. A few years ago we were fortunate enough to circumnavigate the globe and flew all around the world. This map reignites those lively memories. Very happy with it. Took us 4 hours to put up. Just waiting for an adapter to convert to a uk plug. That would have been a great option when we purchased.
Really love the wooden travel map we ordered. I bought it as a retirement gift and it was quickly dispatched, beautifully crafted and very sturdily packaged too for the international delivery. It’s exactly as promised by the pictures.
Great idea bad frame. Love the poster and the customer service was outstanding. The first one I ordered the frame was slightly damaged. Enjoy The Wood responded quickly and sent me out a second item. Just got it yesterday and opened today. This time the frame fell apart completely. It just broke into pieces when I lifted out of the box. I'm still happy with the map I received and will get it framed on my own locally. Recommend possibly offering without the frame or packing the item in with more protection when it is being shipped overseas.
I got this as a gift and it was great quality! I would highly recommend. Good communication as well. Thank you!
