Stunning Centerpiece and Truly…

Stunning Centerpiece and Truly Exceptional Customer Service! I first fell in love with these world maps while traveling in Ireland. The craftsmanship was so striking that I knew I had to have one for my business, Pukaw Cafe, back in the Philippines. The online ordering process was seamless, and the clear communication regarding lead times made the wait feel very manageable. However, we encountered a significant challenge with the Philippine Bureau of Customs, which charged an excessive tax amounting to half of the purchase price. I reached out to Alex at Enjoy The Wood to explain the situation. To my absolute surprise—and even though I knew it was outside of their official company policy—they offered a refund to cover half of the customs tax I had paid. Their willingness to go above and beyond to support their customers is truly rare and much appreciated. The map arrived in perfect condition, was incredibly well-packaged, and is now the centerpiece of our cafe. Our customers are constantly complimenting its beauty. For other international buyers, I highly recommend contacting their customer service team before your purchase to discuss potential customs fees in your specific country. They are more than happy to help facilitate a smooth delivery process. Pukaw Cafe is a very satisfied customer, and we couldn't be happier with the final result!

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!! I ordered a recipe book for my brother to give to him before his cancer surgery and it didn’t arrive by the estimated date. I messaged them and they shipped one out immediately and it arrived before the surgery! This was my third purchase from them and everytime has been wonderful service and product! I will be ordering another one soon. Highly recommend!!
