Delivery took awhile and after logging into the site it looked like it didn't exist, I therefore put a transaction dispute on with the bank, I have cancelled this once my parcel arrived.

I ordered a medium as I am a size 12. The shirt is beautiful but too small. I would love to exchange it for a larger size. However it has been really difficult to contact enzug. I am happy with the colour and quality just not the size.

Rip-off and a scam
The garments I ordered took weeks to arrive and then were extremely poor quality and incorrectly sized. I sought to exchange them as I’d paid quite abit, but they refused to exchange. Offered about half my money back which has never actually appeared. They are a scam

Thank goodness I paid with PayPal! Firstly the exchange rate was less than it should have been and I DID receive a reply when I questioned this. It took ages to be shipped then when I tried to contact to find delivery date after two weeks tracking showed URL error and three emails showed “ failure not valid” I requested and received a refund from Paypal

Lovely outfits, very pleased with them.
The clothes are of very cheap quality material
Many of the clothes are made of very cheap quality material and therefore overpriced in comparison with clothes in high street retail stores. Also the colours often do not match those advertised. The fit is however, reasonably good. Delivery time about 3 weeks
Delivery not possible to Luxembourg
Everything from ordering to reception was ok except we were not able to select Luxemburg as delivery adress. So we had to send the packet to a friend in Germany. It will be nice to solve this problem in the next future
