Our customers choose to come to us for the competitively low prices, and part of that is that they only pay for the returns they use. Most companies will mark up every item to cover any potential return shipping or restocking fees. That means everyone pays a higher price for their goods- whether they plan on returning them or not. Epic chooses to keep our mark up as low as possible. Many times that is 10%. That means only those needing to make a return or exchange pay for that instead of everyone who purchases through us.
