There was an inventory issue and instead of notifying us we didn’t know until I reached out and then there was no effort to make the problem right. We were given 2 options that were both unsatisfactory. Thankfully the shirts arrived just in time for our event, but seeing as the customer service experience was miserable, unhelpful, and had severely poor communication.

Loved everything I ordered. I ordered a few pairs of white softball pants that can't yet be tried in, since I ordered them for my growing kids for next season, but the quality is there and I've bought enough pants to know the difference. For in e, I bought myself a sweater and LOVE it! I also scored an excellent price (.49) for plain button down baseball jerseys, my senior has big plans for turning them into a customized jersey for her senior year! 😭 We also got a few warm up pants for my athletes in their school colors, they will be ready for school pride days in the upcoming year. I ordered a Hatorade T-shirt (a little too large, but that's my fault) that is the best joke between my girls and I since that's the only thing I call Gatorade, we love a good pun! Delivery was timely, price as always was outstanding, and it was easy to order and filter out sizes.

If i could i would give them a -star! I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago, paid for it to be rushed. The company contacted me the day my order was suppose to be delivered stating that something was wrong with my logo and i needed to approve my logo that they “upgraded”. Why wasn’t i contacted the same week I placed my order OR when i contacted customer service asking about adding to my order? Customer service is a guy named Walley and he’s AI, and doesn’t have the ability to see or know what’s going on. This is deplorable!

The uniforms are great but I had issues with the website. I had to restart my order for a team of 13-14 people because the website kept giving an error and would not let me check out. When it would refresh it did not save any of the order and had to redo everything over about 5 times. It was horrible. Due to this issue and wanting to get it done and over with, I misspelled one of the names on a shirt and was not able to get it fixed without having to pay for another shirt.
