Great information that I got about a vehicle I purchased. The full feature list is very comprehensive. Recalls are great too. The ability to download the report and save it with my records is also a great feature. The one thing I wish it included is what packages the vehicle has. I know mine has the m sport package and all but one of the premium enhance packages (Harmon Kardon) so I am unsure about this.

I signed up for EpicVIN's $1 trial to check a single VIN. The renewal terms were mentioned in a welcome email, but that email arrived alongside eight other emails from EpicVIN the same day, nine total in one day, making it very easy to miss among the overwhelming inbox activity. No separate reminder was sent before the trial converted. Three days later, at 9:25 AM, my card was charged $99.99 for a monthly subscription. I noticed the charge and canceled within 28 minutes, I never used a single subscription feature. I contacted support requesting a full refund to my original payment method. They refused, offering only a non-refundable store credit for a service I have no intention of ever using again. I declined and asked again for a cash refund. They refused a second time, citing their checkout terms. Every reply from their support team quotes the same checkout screenshot, and none of them include the previous emails in the thread, so there's no visible record of the full conversation unless you keep your own copies. BBB shows a Pattern of Complaints against this company for this exact billing model, and the complaint history is full of near-identical cases, $1 trial, surprise $99.99 charge, same-day cancellation, refund refused. A few only got resolved once BBB got involved directly. I've filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with my bank. If you sign up for their $1 trial: check your inbox carefully on day one, don't assume the renewal terms will come as a separate warning, and cancel within minutes, not days. Edit, July 22: After this review was posted, a manager named Liz contacted me directly and processed a full refund of $99.99, which I've now received. I appreciate that it was ultimately resolved, though it's worth noting it took a public review to get past two written refusals from front-line support.
