Epolos makes the whole process very smooth and goes the extra mile when shipping our shirts. Since we are an American school overseas, shipping via FedEx or UPS actually takes months. So they mail ours through USPS for us so we get it faster. Imagine!?! Thank you for making the ordering process super easy from year to year.

Very impressed with this company. Their customer service is out of this world! They promptly reply by email & they have a live person from their company (not overseas!!!) answering their phone. There was an issue with sizing on a personalized order & they resolved it immediately, could not be more pleased :)

We needed polos with our clinic logo for a local health fair - nothing fancy, just clean and consistent. I ordered 18 in different sizes in early April. Cassie from customer service helped fix a weird font issue I hadn’t even noticed. The stitching came out better than I expected - sharp lines, no loose threads. Arrived three days early too. Not flashy, but they deliver what they promise. That matters.
