Deposited 131 USDT on 20.08.2026, won on Dota 2 bets, balance 412 USDT. Withdrawal refused with only "An unexpected error has occurred" — no reason, no T&C clause cited.
Their own "Esports Clean Turnover Score" shows 10/10 on my account. I am a net loser of roughly 800 USD over the lifetime of this account. I am not an advantage player and used no bonus abuse.
I was removed from their Discord while my complaint was open, and suppor"esportsbet.io returned my email as undelivered — the address does not exist. My formal complaint to esbcs"esportsbet.io is unanswered.

They are scammers who will keep your money from withdrawal, after their KYC there is and enhanced KYC to get a proof of address. I submitted every document possible to verify my address from bank statement to passport they take forever to reply and they just keep saying the documents are printed when they are clearly real. Been stuck for over 6 months going back and forth never deposit or do any business with this site

Don't pay winnings and your own deposit after approved KYC
I have been a user of esportsbet.io since last year.
Deposited 500, got the 500 bonus and took my bankroll to almost 5000.
My account says 10/10 in transparent bets.
After completing the bonus rollover and tried to withdraw esportsbet.io asked for KYC. This was 4th of march. From 4th of march to 21th of march sent them every document they requested. Since 21th of march they don’t answer to emails.
Also the compliance at esportsbet.io email is returning as not working/existing.
Do not deposit on this website. You will be scammed out of your deposit and winnings.
Update:
My KYC shows "Passed" in their website.
I have been exchanging emails with them for the past 4 months, they didn't reply to me since 1month and a half ago when I sent the last document to have KYC Approved. But it shows in the website that it's approved.
Their Discord Server was erased.
History of the account is the following:
500 USDT Deposit on 2025-09-10. Got 500 USDT Bonus from them. This was to be used on Esports, meaning was an Esports Bonus, with Esports only Rollover.
I completed the rollover on: 2026/02/27 (almost 7 months ago)
Now it shows that I have 3362 USDT to rollover in the Cassino. The bonus was never for the Cassino, the terms accepted did not mentioned any Cassino, and the platform does not have any Cassino.
Also my "Esports Clean Turnover Score" shows 9/10, which means very good score from their point of view.
Scammers that don't pay winnings and your own deposit. DON'T deposit on this website.

Their odds are quite good, the markets offered as well. As long as I lost money, everything worked as intended, including depositing and withdrawing. I won several bets in a row and now they won't let me withdraw my funds. They're hiding behind KYC, but based on the way in which they're responding, they have no interest in completing the KYC or ever letting me withdraw. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: after three months of being disgusting, they finally let me withdraw. Not adding a second star to the review though.

Honestly a very underrated platform. Has all the things you could ask for. Crypto Deposit and Withdraw. Sports betting and E-sports. Sports has a function of early payout and many more that other sites do not indeed acquire. All in all its a very promising site.
