Because your purchase was processed through PayPal, we do not have access to your PayPal account or the payment method linked to it, nor do we have the ability to add charges after checkout. We only receive the amount that PayPal authorizes for the transaction. If you're seeing an additional $10 charge, I'm happy to help however I can.
