What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently emphasize that the items look fantastic, function properly in daily use, and completely match the original online advertisements. Many buyers express high satisfaction with the smooth ordering process, reasonable prices, and prompt arrival of their purchased packages. However, some people mentioned that delivery could sometimes take quite a long time or that the tracking information provided was completely unhelpful. Additionally, a number of reviewers experienced minor drawbacks, reporting that certain goods arrived broken, felt surprisingly flimsy, or did not function correctly. Shoppers also noted occasional discrepancies regarding product sizes or minor advertising differences that did not fully meet their personal expectations.

Appalling Customer Support & Misleading Ads
I ordered some sport socks from Etercitenal, on the basis of their ads on Insta & FB. However, when I received the socks, they were nothing like the ones shown in the ads. They were a very poor quality look-alike. When I contacted Etercitenal's so-called 'Support' via an email address, to arrange for their return (as per the Etercitenal Return Policy & FAQs), I received a series of replies, from what was clearly a BOT, attempting to get me to keep the socks and offering small USD amounts (US$1-2), as 'compensation'. The ads were clearly misleading, the delivered product not what was promised, and the 'Customer Support' absolutely appalling. At not time did an actual person engage with me to resolve this issue. Buyer BEWARE!
Product is great
Product is great, but the shipping cost and wait time are too high and too long!
Good communication and rapid shipping
Good communication and rapid shipping. For the money, I was hoping for an actual place to WRITE or STORE my will and other documents (even an envelope bound into the book) instead of just a space to indicate where the will could be found.

Way too long shipping time. Product seems fine but I haven’t seen the ice balls yet.
A Cute Gift For Someone Special
It's a cute gift for someone special. Product was as described in advertising. It arrived in a decent amount of time. The only thing is, I would appreciate knowing where a product is manufactured and where it is coming from BEFORE I make a purchase. This applies to ALL on line purchases. No surprises after the fact.
Ring was beautiful.
