Appalling Customer Support & Misleading Ads
I ordered some sport socks from Etercitenal, on the basis of their ads on Insta & FB. However, when I received the socks, they were nothing like the ones shown in the ads. They were a very poor quality look-alike. When I contacted Etercitenal's so-called 'Support' via an email address, to arrange for their return (as per the Etercitenal Return Policy & FAQs), I received a series of replies, from what was clearly a BOT, attempting to get me to keep the socks and offering small USD amounts (US$1-2), as 'compensation'. The ads were clearly misleading, the delivered product not what was promised, and the 'Customer Support' absolutely appalling. At not time did an actual person engage with me to resolve this issue. Buyer BEWARE!
