Every week I literally make a total of $50 or more in clean cash deposits not only because I want to play there also made so that I will be eligible for certain promotions such as their 100 free weekend spins. Keep in mind I keep track of my deposits and withdrawals. So on 11/26/25 I had made a deposit for $23.00 minus the $2.30 fee. With that being said $20.70 should have been applied to my account which qualified me for the 100 free weekend spins. Which can be redeemed fries in on Friday I tried to redeem them all of a sudden it wouldn't let me which I thought was odd as I have been able to every weekend for the past few months. So I reach out to chat support to see why and the agent had the nerve to tell me in order for me to be eligible that I needed to deposit $10. I was thinking to myself I don't think so first of all in order to be eligible it requires a $20 deposit which I clearly made he claimed I had only deposited $16.34 which is absolutely incorrect. So I sent support an email that didn't make anything any better first of all they assumed I was asking for a free bonus that they automatically denied . I told them to please read my email again they once again responded back with an attitude trying to tell me that its my responsibility to make sure that I deposit enough money to qualify for the promotions and its also my responsibility to pay attention to the crypto fees excuse me I obviously do as to why I had reached out to them asking why they shorted me out of $4.36 yes its not a lot of money its besides the point there technically stealing from players and trying to blame the issue on the block chain and the player. Played one of their bonuses, ended up winning 3-400 usd however your not allowed to win more than their bonus winning amount which in this case is 100usd. So they took the other 200 away (could have left it for me to play with ) then did not let me withdraw the money. Any bonus winnings or codes don’t use they are useless. My account was then verified with countless ids and bills for prove of address. Went to withdraw again and they denied it because I need to make a deposit first !!!! What a scam these guys are. I have no money to deposit so I can’t collect my 100 usd. What a joke.
