I thought that it was a pretty cool casino at first. They were giving me so many free spins and bonuses but then....I received a $10 chip from them on the house. Well, after doing the playthrough on the winnings from the $10 trip which equal to be over $1,000 that I had to play through in order to get a $30 Max cash out well when I hit over $100 on a bonus and a couple spins later my hundred dollars went down to $30 so I want to support window and ask them why my credits went from 100 to 30 he told me that was the max cash out and that the rest of it is forfeited I said okay well how do I cash out I went to because your window and requested a $25 cash out and I spun the reels a few times and all of a sudden a box comes up and says that my session has been terminated by administration. I used their free $225 chip and miraculously played through the ridiculous 30x wager required to be able to cash out $100, when I tried to cash out $68. They rejected it because I bet over $10, a single line of code could have prevented that from happening. Which makes me think it was done on purpose. That responsibility should not land on a player. I have played on around 30-50 online casinos and this is by far my worst experience. I had signed up a week prior using 100 bonus and some fs - pretty generous!- I wasn't playing much through that week, but eternal would send me emails with fs daily, so I used most of them (never cashed anything out but, again I thought, 'how generous! These guys know how to treat players to create loyal players!') their game selection leaves is **meh** but I was going to make them my go to app for awhile. AND THEN... used a free spin offer on Monday that was emailed to me by eternal. Played through and won around $25- but then when I was playing the winnings out I started getting hot luck! By the time I Played through the 650ish required, I watched my balance to go 100 from nearly 500. Sad, but understandable. I added 90 to withdraw and left myself 10 to play with. Still had the hit luck! Yay! Played it back up to 98 when, in the middle of a tarot destiny bonus ($1bet) on the 3rd tier!
