Poor Customer Service
I needed to change a reccuring top-up but for some strange reason my account is not opening. I am unable to receive an email to change my password word. Yes the email is correct. It is the same email I received this survey. I have sent emails asking for help but up to now, not one response.

Y couldn't I use the money on my credit…
Y couldn't I use the money on my credit card to top up on the day I needed it... u basically blocked my new card cuz my old card expired. Doesn't make sense right Imagine not being able to update my card info for my renewal card to top my phone up WHEN I NEEDED IT

It didnt accept my credit or debit card…
It didnt accept my credit or debit card and I used it several times before. I had to use paypal which worked fine but its not my preferred method. Msg said denied by bank, but my bank said no transactions were denied from their side.
