At first i got broken unit
At first i got broken unit, but they quickly replied payd for the return and sent a working unit, another 3 units i bought from them worked.

Wrong units were delivered
We ordered nine POE-Switch0504GD PoE switches, but only three correct units were delivered. The remaining six were a different model, POE-Switch0504GDF. These switches were urgently needed for an ongoing project, so receiving the wrong products has caused unnecessary delays and additional work. We have contacted Linovision and requested that the six correct switches be shipped immediately. A supplier should verify the product models before dispatch, especially when several similar models are available. Very disappointing experience.

I’m very satisfied with the product itself — solid build quality and works perfectly as described. However, the delivery was extremely slow, and I wasn’t informed that the item was out of stock before placing the order. Better communication about stock status would make the experience much better.

Had to pay additional VAT on something purchased in EURO from what appeared to be from Germany. Double taxation at it's finest. The cost was inflated significantly. Would be good for the supplier not to include tax on the goods if shipping from outside the EU
The sales and invoicing process was not…
The sales and invoicing process was not handled professionally. For example the sales invoice was not clear. When a company with a valid EU area VAT number places orders, the invoice should be VAT 0%.
