The customer service is great
The customer service is great. I had some product defects and Eubi replaced them no questions asked. service was prompt, friendly and did right by the customer. The products were pretty good, I do love them. They're comfy as and mostly well made. I would have preferred the cuts to be a bit better fitting. The shorts are great, although the legs were a bit wide throughout, and I purchased the chinos. The Chinos in my opinion were way too straight leg for my liking and too wide leg. due to the sale, I was unable to return them. The boardies are great!

I purchased several pairs of shorts and shirts. The quality was very impressive. I thought the shirts ran a bit small. I'm usually between a medium and large. Got one of each. The large fit. I was fortunate to catch a sale, so the the value was excellent!

I’m sorry to hear you are closing your warehouse. The products I received have been great. My only concern is that all the size run small. I always order a size larger.unfortunately some apparel doesn’t come in larger sizes. I hope to hear of new products soon. John Piper

I have purchased a number of items over the last couple of years from Eubi, and have enjoyed the overall product quality, and the service. Modern styling, but realistically sized to fit real people. I may not be your target demographic, so feel free to delete, but I'm almost 77 years old.
